Tell me a little about you and your dog. We’ll have a short, no-pressure chat so I can understand what’s going on and recommend the right way forward.

02

Your tailored plan

I’ll design a kind, force-free plan built around your dog’s personality, your home life, and the goals that matter most to you — in person in London or virtually worldwide.

I approached Kerry just over a month ago as I was extremely worried about my dog teddy’s anxiety and the fractured relationship we had developed due to advice from other dog trainers. Kerry has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout, and Teddy is a different dog.

I dont know where to start with our experience with Kerry! Ever since one of the staff at our local vets recommended her we have not looked back since. She has been an absolute lifeline for our family and our reactive rescue.

Kerry saved my relationship with my dog. I won’t give you the whole sob story, bottom line was I had struggled for years to find someone who understood Rosie (dog) and could help us both build something better together.

Kerry is wonderful to work with and her impact has likely been life changing for our German Shepherd, Jax. The approach she takes doesn’t just consider how to stop a behaviour but the “why” behind it.

Kerry has turned our really anxious dog in to a confident one! Really remarkable the difference after only three sessions. Previously couldn’t take him out without him reacting to everything.

Kerry is phenomenal, she has such extensive knowledge on dog behaviour and different methods (all force-free of course) to help overcome dog behaviour. She was amazing with our boy.

Frequently asked questions

Got a question that’s not answered here? Get in touch and I’ll happily talk it through.

I work 1 to 1 with clients across London for in-person sessions. For everyone outside London, virtual sessions are available worldwide and deliver the same depth of support.

All training is force-free, reward-based and welfare-focused. I do not use aversive tools or methods. Everything is grounded in current behavioural science and tailored to your dog’s individual needs.

Yes — in many cases virtual coaching is more effective than in-person. Behaviour change happens between sessions, in your home, with you doing the work. Virtual sessions remove the artificial element of a stranger in the room and let me coach you through real-life moments.

Reactivity, anxiety, fear, recall issues, lead pulling, resource guarding, separation-related distress, puppy foundations, rescue dog adjustment, and general guardianship support. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Every dog is different, but most clients see meaningful change within the first three to four sessions. Behaviour work isn’t a quick fix — it’s a process — but you should feel direction and progress from the very first session.

Yes. I’m an APDT UK accredited trainer, registered with the ABTC, hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and a certificate in Aggression in Dogs. Howl School For Dogs is fully covered by Pet Business Insurance. More about my background.
